Product Description

The RECOM SR EC series of air supply and extract units are fully assembled ventilation aggregates designed for efficient fresh air filtration, supply to premises, and removal of stale air. Heat from the extract air is transferred to the supply air through an efficient rotary heat exchanger, with a recovery efficiency of up to 92%. These units offer an economical and modern solution for ventilation systems in various types of premises. Thanks to the integrated EC motors, electricity consumption is 1.5–3 times lower, while ensuring high performance and low noise levels. The RECOM 2SR EC model is designed for vertical installation, connects to Ø125 mm ducts, and features a special capability – the direct connection of an SR kitchen hood (sold separately).

Key Features:

• Vertical Installation and Casing: Constructed from galvanized steel with internal heat and sound insulation from mineral wool. The insulation thickness for the RECOM 2SR EC model is 20 mm. Servicing can be done from the right or left side, with the possibility to swap front and rear panels for installation convenience.
• High-Efficiency Rotary Heat Exchanger: A rotating cylinder made of corrugated aluminum foil efficiently transfers heat and some moisture, thus preventing condensation, maintaining comfortable air humidity, and ensuring good frost resistance. The efficiency for this model ranges from 75% to 92%.
• Energy-Saving EC Fans: Utilizes modern, electronically commutated (EC) motors with an external rotor and centrifugal impeller. They boast a very high efficiency factor (up to 90%) and optimal control across the entire speed range.
• Effective Filtration: Supply air is cleaned by two filters – G4 and F7 class. Extract air from the premises is cleaned by a G4 class filter.
• Electric Heater: An integrated electric heater automatically activates if heat recovery is insufficient to heat the supply air to the set temperature. Equipped with safety features for reliable operation.
• Kitchen Hood Connection: All SR series models feature a fifth spigot for the direct connection of a kitchen hood duct. A specific SR hood is offered for the RECOM 2SR EC model (sold separately).
• Smart Automation: Capability to control the unit via Wi-Fi using a mobile application (remote control panel purchased separately). Supports various control panels, speed adjustment, filter change (based on operating hours) and fault indication, weekly scheduling, timer, BOOST, and fireplace modes.
