Product Description
The RECOM 2S/2SE EPP EC L/R (21) is a new-generation, fully featured heat recovery ventilation unit designed for energy-efficient ventilation in small apartments and other compact spaces. This unit is distinguished by its extremely lightweight and airtight EPP (expanded polypropylene) casing, which provides excellent heat and sound insulation properties. The advanced (21) automation system offers extensive control options, including integration into Smart Home systems and control via Wi-Fi. Airflow reaches up to 255 m³/h.
Key Features:
- EPP Casing: The unit's casing is made of expanded polypropylene (EPP), which is lightweight, durable, and possesses high heat and sound-insulating properties. Insulation thickness is 25 mm.
- Mounting: Designed for wall or floor mounting. To ensure comfortable installation and service access, Left (L) and Right (R) hand versions of the unit are available.
- Choice of Heat Exchangers:
- RECOM 2S EPP EC: Equipped with a counter-flow polystyrene heat exchanger, ensuring an exceptionally high heat recovery efficiency of up to 92%. Seasonal Energy Class A+.
- RECOM 2SE EPP EC: Equipped with an enthalpy heat exchanger, which not only recovers heat (up to 83% efficiency) but also transfers moisture, maintaining an optimal indoor microclimate. Seasonal Energy Class A.
- Smart Automation (21 controller): The integrated automation system allows the unit to be integrated into a Smart Home or Building Management System (BMS). Control is available via Wi-Fi using the "Blauberg Home" smartphone app.
- EC Fans: Uses efficient, electronically commutated motors, ensuring quiet, high-performance operation and low energy consumption.
- Filtration: Two built-in Coarse >60% (G4) filters provide efficient air filtration. An optional ePM1 60% (F7) supply filter can be installed.
- Integrated Pre-heater (E version): An optional version with an integrated 800 W electric pre-heater is available.
- Bypass: The unit is equipped with a bypass for summer cooling.
